THIRD PARTY SITES
We provide no warranties in relation to the content of any other website linked to or from our Site. Access to these sites is at your own risk.
Information about goods on this Site is based on material provided by third party merchants, suppliers and product manufacturers. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) we are not responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us or by these third parties.
The description of items on our Site may differ from that used by suppliers and participating third parties. Where such a discrepancy exists, the information provided by the third party merchant, supplier or product manufacturer prevails. Our system for categorising and describing items is tailored to a specific purpose - to assist the woman who has had breast cancer to identify items with design features she seeks. This Site may use different descriptive terms to the supplying third parties, and we apply them in undertaking this task without full access or viewing access to the items upon which to base our classifications. Some discrepancies may therefore occur.
Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on either site. You should not rely on any information accessed using the Site to make a purchasing decision – you should make your own enquiries before forming your own opinion and taking any action based on any such information.
To the extent permitted by law, Pink Collective is not liable for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the content on the Website. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. Whilst we hope your purchases will bring you satisfaction, we do not warrant that the products will meet your individual requirements.
When making an order with a third party site, you must follow the instructions on the relevant site as to how to make your order and for making changes to your order before you submit it. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to the relevant site, please contact their customer service immediately and follow the procedures set out within the site’s terms and conditions policy. This applies to the return of faulty products or change of mind purchases.
Before you make a purchase on a site that is linked to our Site, you must read the Terms and Conditions, including the Shipping or Delivery information and Returns policy, before proceeding. These terms are subject to change and you should check them from time to time, particularly before each purchase is transacted.
TAXES, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES
Depending on your country of destination for your purchase, there may be charges and duties imposed by the Customs Service in that country. Please read the Shipping policy of the participating retailer you are interested in purchasing items from to determine these costs. These are usually met by you, the purchaser.
